Project overview
Guests scan a QR code, order from their phone and the ticket lands in the kitchen. The owner follows everything on a dashboard. It is the first PedeJá system sold and running in a real store.

The challenge
A paper menu shows no photos, speaks one language and never tells the kitchen anything. At rush hour, orders get lost between the counter and the grill.
